Religion and Subjective Well-Being Among Early Career Professionals in Ghana’s Public Universities.

This project investigated the correlation between religion and the subjective wellbeing nexus among early career professionals within public academic settings, with the possibilities and aspirations of mobility to the upper hierarchies within their careers. It adopted the mixed-method of study by utilizing qualitative phenomenological approach, which required researchers to focus on the meaning that others give to their own situations (Smith, Jarman, & Osborn, 1999) as well as a resort to basic statistical analysis for percentages and tables.
